My name is Brigita and I created this space to share the practice that gave me my life back. Through cultivating self love & acceptance and getting out of the victim mindset, I learned to take responsibility for my own life and gain a sense of direction.
Whatever you need , I believe, movement, yoga & meditation will give you just that - from connecting to your body and yourself, enhancing self-confidence and improving concentration to gaining clarity, deepening awareness and elevating your spiritual journey.
With 500hr Yoga Teacher Training certifications from India, Psychology degree, Personal Trainer certificate from NASM & additional CPD trainings in Europe and online, I have experience teaching classes & leading retreats in Sri Lanka, Morocco, Lithuania & Greece.
My teaching experience and approach makes everything I teach accessible to different bodies, needs and levels. I specialize in Hatha & Yin yoga, meditations, flexibility and mobility. My sessions cater to practitioners of different levels, upholding the tradition while enhancing flexibility in both mind & body for a holistic experience.

What are the options for accessing your classes?
There are several options, so you can choose what suits your needs best at this point:
Buy a class of your preference and get a lifetime access for that class.
Buy a membership and have access to all my on-demand offerings while you remain a member.
Get in touch to book private classes and practice with me live online 1 on 1 at a time that's convenient for you.
Do I need special equipment?
It's not absolutely necessary. What's more important is your desire to practice.
However, good internet connection is recommended for a smooth streaming experience and a pleasant practice.
Wherever equipment is recommended, you'll see in each session's description. Don't have it? Feel free to get creative with substitutes like books instead of yoga blocks, a belt instead of a yoga strap, water bottles instead of dumbbells, a pillow instead of a yoga bolster, etc.
I have never practiced yoga, meditation or breathwork before, can I still join?
There are no prerequisites to start practicing with me. I have classes for both absolute beginners and more advanced practitioners, big focus on cues, explanations and demonstrations, as well as variations for different levels.
If you have serious physical or mental health conditions, you should talk to your doctor first and get clearance. In this case you may also benefit more from private classes where we can focus on your specific needs.
I'm too weak, too old, too late, too stiff and not flexible enough to start.
This is a common misconception - that you need to be strong or flexible to be able to practice, but actually, you practice to become stronger and more flexible, in both body and mind.
We don't start strong - we grow strong. You're not late - you're right on time. The fact that you're here already shows courage and readiness to take the first step towards your wellbeing. As you begin, you'll see how your mindset and your body transform and support each other.
How much does a private class cost and what to expect?
We will work with your individual needs. First we will discuss your situation, intentions and goals. When I know your expectations, we can agree on the focus or theme, length and frequency of the classes.
The price depends on what kind of class you want, the length and the frequency, but an example could be this:
1 yoga or flexibility class per week / 50€ per class
2 yoga or flexibility classes per week / 40€ per class
